All our prices are automatically listed in United States Dollars (USD). To the top left of the website you can find a currency listing where you can select the Trinidad and Tobago Dollar (TTD) or a currency of your choice.
All payments made on the website via credit cards or PayPal are processed in USD.
Once you select 'Cash on Delivery' at checkout, you can pay the drivers in TTD.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING CONDITIONS?
We at bU skin treats always ensure that your orders are packed with love and care and therefore orders are processed in 2-3 business days. You will receive your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We offer nationwide 1-2 business day delivery directly to your doorstep.
There is also an option of collecting your orders free of charge at our next South Marker pop up. Simply add a note to your check out or message us to inquire about this pickup option and our next market date.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our products are manufactured in small batches and hand packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained, therefore returns or exchanges will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction. We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have questions or concerns.
All ingredients are listed on our website so we encourage you to please read the ingredient list to uncover any potential sensitivities.
We will gladly replace any product that was damaged in the shipping process. If your order contains a damaged item, please email us including a picture of the damaged product at bucaretnt@gmail.com or curvecandleco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order and we would be happy to replace it.
CAN I STILL PLACE MY ORDERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO GET MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED?
bu care and Curve Candle Co. both started off on the social media platforms. In an attempt to give our customers a seamless shopping experience we have now expanded to our own website. Here our products are better organized with more product detail so that you can make a more informed decision when purchasing your new skin care and candles.
You can still choose to place your orders via whatsapp, instagram or facebook.
You can still message us with all of your questions and we would be happy to assist you.

Yes we do! We offer gift vouchers for any amount. You can also have them personalized with a special message for that special someone. All gift cards are available via our website under the Gift Card tab on our menu.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
