SHIPPING OPTIONS
We always ensure that your orders are packed with love and care and therefore orders are processed in 2-3 business days. You will receive your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We offer nationwide 1-2 business day delivery directly to your doorstep.
There is also an option of collecting your orders at our pop up shops at South Markets. Simply add a note to your check out or message us on our social media pages to inquire about this pickup option and our next pop up date.
RETURN POLICY
Our products are manufactured in small batches and hand packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained, therefore returns or exchanges will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction. We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have questions or concerns.
All ingredients are listed on our website so we encourage you to please read the ingredient list thoroughly to uncover any potential sensitivities.
We will gladly replace any product that was damaged in the shipping process. If your order contains a damaged item, please email us including a picture of the damaged product at bucaretnt@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order and we would be happy to replace it.
CANCELLATION POLICY

SHELF LIFE
For the best results it is recommended that each product be used within 12 months of opening.
