Refund policy

Our products are manufactured in small batches and hand packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained, therefore returns or exchanges will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction. We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns. 

All ingredients are listed on our website so we encourage you to please read the ingredient list thoroughly to uncover any potential sensitivities. 

We will gladly replace any product that was damaged in the shipping process.  If your order contains a damaged item, please email us including a picture of the damaged product at bucaretnt@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order and we would be happy to replace it.
